The short version: Use TrendFit for your fitness business. Pay your subscription. Don't abuse the service. We'll deliver the best trend intelligence we can, every Monday.
By signing up for or using TrendFit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
TrendFit provides AI-generated weekly fitness marketing intelligence reports delivered by email. Reports include trend data, content recommendations, and marketing insights personalized to your city, business type, and studio name.
TrendFit offers the following plans:
Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. Pro plans include a 30-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. By subscribing you authorise PayPal to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. If a payment fails we will notify you and attempt to collect payment again. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive reports until then. To cancel, log into your PayPal account and cancel the subscription, or email hello@trendfit.io and we will cancel it for you within one business day.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
You agree to use TrendFit only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
TrendFit reports are generated using publicly available data from Google Trends, Reddit, YouTube, and NewsAPI, combined with AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we make no guarantees that:
TrendFit reports are intended as marketing intelligence to inform your own business decisions — not as professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of any recommendation for your specific situation.
TrendFit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrendFit and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use report content for your own business marketing but may not resell or redistribute TrendFit reports.
By submitting your business name, city, and other information, you grant TrendFit a licence to use that information solely for the purpose of generating your personalised reports.
Your use of TrendFit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
We aim to deliver reports every Monday morning. Occasional delays may occur due to API outages, technical issues, or scheduled maintenance. We will not provide refunds for individual missed reports but will make reasonable efforts to deliver a report as soon as possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
